I’m unplugging for a whole day

Starting tonight at sundown, I will not check my email, text messages, Twitter, Facebook for 24 hours. I plan to spend a fair amount of it sleeping and watching basketball, but it will be a challenge nonetheless.

So we will see if I can make it happen…
